1 Corinthians 15:20 But now Messiah has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.
The resurrection of Yeshua is of utmost importance because if God had not raised Him from the dead, then we would have no life after this earthly existence is completed. This week we celebrated the deliverance of the Israelites from the slavery of Egypt with a Passover Seder. At the same time we acknowledge the deliverance from the slavery of sin for those who put their faith and trust in Yeshua, the Son of the living God. Now for the Feast of First Fruits we celebrate the One who is the first of a great harvest of souls. His resurrection guarantees the harvest.
Come worship with us this Shabbat as we explore the concept of resurrection.
